Thick 1-1/4-inch End-Grain, square cutting board made from solid Maple. End-grain cutting boards basically "heal" themselves after cutting because the grain is on it's end (facing upward) so you're not cutting through the grain with general use. That's why end-grain cutting boards look like new for so long!
We've rounded all edges for a smooth appearance and while we did not add handles to this one, it’s a smaller size so it’s easy to lift and move around your kitchen. Petite size makes this great for smaller kitchens or apartments.
Maintaining your cutting board is as easy as wiping with butcher block conditioner/oil whenever it starts to look a little dry.
